AI beats lawyers. But ...


It's NDAs, which are mostly copy and pasted and kind of thrown in to cover everything at times.  I wonder how much effort most lawyers actually put into them anymore?  And many companies just use some legalzoom like NDA template anyway. 

So a win for AI or irrelevant hype?

Ripcord and Woz and Robotic Digitization

Woz invests in an interesting company called Ripcord.   They just received some funding from former Apple co-founder Woz.   Basically it's robotic process automation for digitizing actual papers and documents.  Great concept.
